I have Ultra Street Fighter 4 and noticed random distortion would appear in the middle of the screen, randomly. Also same problem in Dolphin Emu. I have the latest drivers for the GTX 950. This was tested on 20" TV and 50" Plasma both times 1080p in settings and connected via HDMI.

If its screen tearing as I suspect, then you'll want it on to stop it happening.
