Lineage2europe site has been launched but i dont understand it , all the news point to the american plaync servers? are they launching a new bunch of lineage2 servers?

The European site has been up for months and months. I have'nt heard/read anything about launching more EU servers, although it is always possible they might put another one up for the launch of the Kamel, but highly unlikely.
I think the community is much more wanting of server transfers than a 3rd EU server.
