Hi all, I'm after a few opinions!

I started my build a couple of years ago and put a 750Ti in. After 18 months I upgraded to a gtx titan and really appreciated the difference.

I'm currently gaming at 1080 on ultra settings with the foresight to get a 1440 monitor in the next couple of months... Maybe black Friday.

I was just wondering which card people would advise to get and whether to get it now or when I get the monitor. I have been eyeing up the 1070s and this would be about the same price increase between my last cards, would I see a similar increase in performance?
 
Haha thanks for the reply mate, I'm not in the position to be getting 1080 SLI just yet as I'm also 'saving for a house' but I'm glad there is a difference, Iv got one eye on the 980Ti now its had a price drop on this wonderful website, and also 4k monitors are very tempting to avoid upgrading twice but I think that's a bit too much....
