Lines across screen while playing games

Just bought a new gaming PC. Had it for 5-7 days. System has not been overclocked at all.

When i play games i get straight lines going acorss my screen and going up and down. Only ever happens when im in the game, on the menu screen its fine. Ive enabled V-synch and it has done nothing.

The graphics card i have got is GTX 580, ive tried two monitors and the same problem.

I have tried different drivers and this hasnt solved the problem.

DOnt get the lines when i put that on.

And it sits around 60 temp on it

When i screen shot in the picture u cant see it, ill try taking a picture with a camera

My camera cant pick up the lines, the are like constant moving lines going up and down. Sort of blurry

It isnt screen tearing im getting sadly, i wish it was because then i know what the problem is. I doesnt cut the image at all.

Its loads of moving lines going up and down my monitor. And it also gives a grainy look to my screen.
