Link a lightbox to external page

Just a quickie here, does anyone know if it is possible/not too tricky to link a lightbox image to another page.

I want to have a lightbox image take the user to the full res and size image when clicked.

It's very possible and is only a matter of adding the functionality into the script.
How tricky you'll find that though is another question.
