I'm looking to put in a side window on my Antec Mini P180 case. Having trouble finding a decent company though, as many of them want to charge £60 or more!

Looking for a company preferrably around the sheffield, nottingham, leeds, bradford, manchester areas if possible.

Only wanting a plain window no fancy designs :).

Hi there I do know one, but they do the same stuff as OCuk so I can only hint at them "chilled"...was those qoutes from metal places? even than they are not cheap...best way is to do it your self

I know you can get dermals for £30 with cutters and you will need metal files or some sort of sander than your all set plus that can be used for anything else you have planned :)

I would go with AMG on the d.i.y route, It is easy to do and you will need either a Dremel or a Jigsaw with a fine metal blade to cut out your side. Have a look at my CM690.

You will also need a template, I used my mouse mat as it was exactly the size I wanted, I then got some perspex (I only got 2mm) from B&Q, the smallest they had was about £15 and I have enough left to do another 3 windows of the same size!

You will also need about 1 metre of rubber window moulding and locking strip or some cheaper c-moulding strip, both of these are under a £10 and can be bought from ??(check trust), when cutting the perspex, I used a new stanley blade and just kept scoring my template until it was cut, I done this as it was far more better than using a jigsaw, as the jigsaw would crack the perspex because it was only 2mm, You would be ok I think if it was 3/4mm, though be carefull not to fuse the cut back together if the jigsaw has a high cutting speed!:D
