link old PSN with Steam?

I no longer have my ps3 now that i have a good enough rig to game on

my question is: is there a way to link my PSN and Steam so that i can continue playing the COD games from the rank i left off on the PS3?

I don't think ranks transfer between platforms. Well, I'm 99% sure they don't.

No.

The only PS3 title that utilises the Steam features is Portal 2. I doubt you'll see non-Valve games using it ever.
