Link Swapping

I'm not sure if this is against the rules of promoting a personal site or something, if it is the please lock and let me know..

I wondered if any other tech bloggers would like to do some "link swapping"

I've heard that this can have positive impact on SEO (I have no idea when it comes to this stuff..)

I'd like to increase my number of visitors, and I'm sure many of you would like to do the same.

Let me know if you have a tech like blog, and would like add a link to my site (www.scratchbox.co.uk) - in return I will add a link to your site in my "Blog roll"

Link swapping has almost zero effect on SEO unless one of the sites has a much much higher ranking.
