Linking PC to 360?

Infact it seems to be with any tv show...they are all in .avi format...but other .avi files I have work fine...hmmm indeed

Anyone else feel they could shed some light on this problem...in getting the rest of my avi files to play on the 360?

all i'm gonna say is read the forums on tversity, guides etc.

i had problems transforming some vids, and streaming.

stripped mediaplayer off my pc, all codecs, reinstalled the lot - and worked fine.

that to me is simple. i know this is in the console forum so i'm willing to understand if your not able to sort stuff out on a pc but it's hardly rocket science.

end of the day, if people in here want to stream various formats they will read this and go sort it out. up to them if they want, the option is there.

Surely I shouldn't need to configure the wireless settings on the 360 every time?

It seems it's not too keen on 802.11b networks.
I've ordered a dual band router to see if that helps.
