Lo all,

I've just had to move all of my equipment around the house (including all the phone and BB access points :o) and it means that my router is now on the other side of the house to my computer. I've got a bit of wireless connectivity but it's not as strong as I would like.

I have just brought home a second router from my uni accommodation and I was wondering if I could set it up half way between the current router and my computer and how I would go about using it as a signal booster.

Has any one done this? I did search but couldn't find anything and Google wasn't too helpful either.

Cheers for any info you can provide.

with home plug kits you could link the routers together using network cable and have 2 access points so to speak. The Netgears IIRC don't support WDS (linking 2 wirelessly)
