links problem

having problems, when i browse forums and i click a link nothing happens. when i right click it and select open in new window or open, nothing happens.

running windows xp pro.

only does it in forums both this one and another vbulletin one im on.

any ideas ?

ill add i can click links such as SOFTWARE: http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=71 fine

just not links in threads or posts such as

www.google.com

Which browser are you using? Done a spyware/AV scan recently?

yup got none apparently and no virii either. using IE that comes with XP PRO.

Try installing IE7 or Firefox and see if it occurs then

No worries

Firefox is faster than IE anyway, not to mention an awful lot safer spyware wise etc :cool:
