Linksys disconnecting problems.

I posted last month when my WAG54G was disconnecting me randomly, it would work for 15-20 minutes, then would go offline, reboot and come back on. This happened when i got a new pc (a dell).

I changed router and the problem seemed to fix, then it came back, so i changed isp, and everything has been fine.

I setup my new pc today, and its started happening again, its driving me bonkers, and i can find no rhyme or reason why its happening.

Can something on my main pc be causing this to happen? Or does it sound like ive got a wonky phone line?

I dont think its any coincidence that it seem to happen when i change pc, the new pc has onboard marvell lan, its a sapphire grouper.

hmm have you checked with your ISP if theres any problems that they can check? Guess it could also be the router overheating/restarting it self. We had a netgear that used to do this a few times when it was particularly warm.

I dont think its either the router or the isp, since ive changed both.

Ive just done the windows updates, and its been up now with no trouble for 36 mins, so im keeping my fingers crossed it was some security problem.
