Hi people :)

Just tonight I pulled an old computer out of my cupboard, its about 5-6 years old and it served me very well, so I thought I'd dust it off, clean it up and give it a little refreshment, got it set-up in my room as a spare computer basically for friends coming over etc. It's still decent, Q6600 Core2 Quad 2.4GHz CPU, 8800GTS, it ran everything I needed it too.

Anyway, basically when I used this computer the most, I was in a different house and the wireless connectivity worked fine, internet speed was awful but connectivity was fine. But the house I'm in now, well.. It just will not connect to the hub, it picks the hub up fine, but when connecting it just fails. When I first moved here I sat for days trying to get this connected, reading articles and, well everything I could think off but I couldn't get it connected, this led to me buying D-Link home plugs, which is also what I use now on my current system.

I would just love to get my old pc connected back up to the internet, update it and put it to some use.. Maybe the adapter has just went bust, however the minute I left the old house it was working, the minute I connected it up in the new house its not..

The full name of the card is the Linksys Dual-Band Wireless A+G PCI Adapter [ WMP55AG Wireless ]

I'm with BT using the BT Home Hub 3 (When I first moved here I was using a Thomson B9D6B8

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
