Linksys HG200 wireless gateway - useable with Cable Internet?

I've gone home for Christmas and we don't have a wireless router in our house, only an old wired 4-port cable router. I inherited a Linksys HG200 wireless gateway and so took it home where we have Cable broadband internet. I thought the gateway had an ethernet port and a WAN port, one going to a single wired PC and one going to my cable modem, but when I hooked it up, it actually turned out to be one ethernet port and one line port, like the sort of smaller ethernet connector you'd use to connect an ADSL modem...

Is this simple oversight as easy to correct as buying an ethernet to line adaptor cable? Or does it mean the wireless gateway is meant only for ADSL? And if this is the case, is there any way to just utilise its wireless function in conjunction with my regular wired able modem and router?
