Okay so i downloaded a free copy of VMware so that i could use Ubuntu ISO on it.. now i dlded the 64 bit version but it says that VT is not enabled in the BIOS.. ive checked but there is no VT or VT-D.. do i just use the 32-bit or can i not use Virtual machine?

Dude, more accurate information needed.

Latest version of VMware what? ESXi, vSphere, Server, Fusion, etc...
Which SandyBridge chip? Some don't support the new VT-d feature, but all i5/i7's have VT-x
