Linux board HDMI input

Hi guys,

I'm looking at getting my hands on, or if possible build an arm based linux capable board which has ideally an hdmi input and output.

So far I found this, but it's a little old now and doesn't fully suit my needs :http://www.sutajiokousagi.com/w/index.php?title=What_is_NeTV

Ideally I'd like to hook it up to a smartphone display, to create a small hi res monitor that can take an hdmi signal.

Any ideas?

Not for HDMI input...

Though further research shows that HDMI input kits have been developed for the PI's camera input module so I will investigate..
