Linux Distro for Folding?

Any suggestions for a distro specially for Folding? It really doesn't need anything other than the ability to connect to the Internet, no GUI necessary really. I'm thinking the smaller the better, however i believe it has to be 64 bit for the client to run.

Would a form of BSD work? Or does it not run?

Oh, and preferably bootable via USB.

That looks interesting, but i can barely find anything on it. Searching for 'chaos+linux+folding' just brings me to this thread.
