linux distro for use with broadcom and acer

hi guys,

which linux distro works perfectly with a broadcom wireless card and an acer laptop.

i have tried all the guides for ubuntu and can't get it to work.

i just got it working with fedora core 6 and it is a very nice distro.

and also install acer_acpi (google 1st link) and it works like a dream
