Linux ESX copy help?

I'm looking for a linux copy command which is robost, i.e., if the copy stops it will restart. This is on an ESX host box, rather than CP.

Any ideas?

All I've found so far is rsync which will do this.

rsync isn't an option on ESX

From a quick google, It reckons you can indeed install rsync into VMWare, just it doesnt come as default:

Yeah, I can't install to this machine as it's in lockdown
