Didnt know whether to put it in here or windows, So ill put it here (Im doing it from within windows)

I basically need to access Linux live to delete a few files that windows wont let me, But I have no cd drive. Is it possible to boot from a USB stick?

This tool will allow you to choose (and optionally format) a USB stick, and either use your own ISO or CD, or else choose and download a distro to be 'burnt' to the USB stick from within the program. It also has the option to set up the stick as a virtual bootable environment under Windows, you can set it to live-only or persistent mode (it can store user data/files between boots), and it auto-updates when new distros come out.

What's not to love? :D
