Hi All
Just installed Linux Mint 7 and very nice it is too. A few questions. I had to manually create my partitions as I have an NTFS partition (20gb) I wish to keep. Anyway, my total disk size is 100gb for the rest (80gb) I created a 20gb root, 2gb for swap (2gb RAM) and the rest for home. Will this be ok?
One of the reasons I moved over to Linux for my home laptop is because over the past year or so I have been finding the odd virus on my Windows installs whether it was XP or 7 beta even though I had antivirus installed. Enough is enough! I'm assuming viruses won't be a problem now? This includes javascript viruses, etc?
Thanks
