Linux on a Gigabyte DS3 with raid anyone.?

Has anyone got NIX runnibg on this motherbaord with raid yet.?
Im itching to give it a bash, just hunting around now for more info on the controller card.

Nope. No JMicron RAID drivers atm.

I'm seriously considering getting a pci-e RAID card.

Shame may have to put an IDE drive in then.

Might have to stick an IDE back in then for *NIX.

Can anyone reccomend me a good 64-Bit version of linux to run on the rig in my sig then please.

Been a while so im going to install ubuntoo on a vmware session first lol.
