I am downloading with Transmission, Error Input/output error (/media/Downloads/Darkfall Unholy Wars 2.0.0.1/dfdata._0008.sfad),

Do you have permission to write to /media/Downloads/ ? Is it really mounted? (try running transmission with sudo) Guessing you are on some Debian flavoured distro Ubuntu/Mint? Which is auto mounting Downloads? USB drive? What is the filysystem on this disk mounted at Downloads? Not ntfs is it by any chance?

Need more info ;)
