Im pretty sure its already got wimboot on which is how they managed to have 16gb rom versions.
They do indeed have wimboot on them. Go to disk managment in windows and it will have wimboot along with all the boot tags on your system drive.
Yes, it does, but that is the pre-created Bing version.
Win 8.1 Embedded would be way more interesting option (or maybe even WinPE 5)
But it is rather difficult to create another OS installation, when USB can only be used for either: data or power, but not both
