Lion asking for password

Hey all

Got my MBP set up, though it keeps asking for my password when removing applications etc, sort of like UAC for Windows would I guess. Any way to remove/turn this off?

It only asks for your password when it's writing to parts of the system which are secure, such as library folders etc. This is one of the things which makes OS X so secure.

Ahh laptop annoying me. Just tried to load up Fusion and the icon was just jumping up and down in the dock. Ended process in activity monitor of fusion and tried again... Tried to log out but it just seemed to be taking forever (minutes and minutes..) Had to hold down the power button to restart
