Liquid PTFE on fitting threads?

Fittings have O rings which do seal adequately, adding liquid sealant would certainly seal the fitting in, possibly permanantly.

But consider this if you ever want to remove the fittings
Its reccomended the fittings are fitted hand tight ~1 Nm so not to damage the threads.
The breakaway torque of said sealant is up to 28Nm, so if you ever did want to undo the fitting there is a possibility of ripping the thread out of the delicate accrylic / delrin block along with the fitting.

Yeah you don’t need this with standard water cooling threads as they’re all parallel thread with a rubber o-ring for the actual seal.

That’s the sort of stuff you want to use for something like NPT threads where it’s an interference fit for the seal.

You'd be amazed how good the standard o-rings are and if there were any concerns you'd seem one of the WC manufacturers come up with something like this to get more money here.
Don't waste your time and money.
The only concern with o-rings is compression set at temperature, but in most w/c system this is considered so low to no risk as temperature span is low enough for this phenomena to take years. One of the reasons why you hardly see replacement o-rings for fittings too.
