List of best PS4 games by review score?

I used to use websites like IGN and Gamespot for this, but I really struggle to use them these days. There seems to be no way of eliminating 'virtual console' esque games, so the list is constantly interrupted by old games. If I google for this, I just get a bunch of unhelpful add pages suggesting games in no particular order with links to buy them "at a good price"... :/

Anyone?

It's a list of the best games released in the last quarter. If you scroll down the page you'll see the best 25 of all time where MGSV is #3.
