As title. I don't know about you but the list of unfinished games I've played just gets longer and longer. There are some games I'm still playing after a year and haven't finished, and others I know I'll never come back to.

Here's my list of unfinished games, which I know I'll never finish because I just didn't care to.

Braid
Dead Space 2
Bioshock 2
Amnesia [tried to play it three times, just don't care. Penumbra was infinitely better]
Thief
The Suffering: Ties That Bind
Red Faction
Condemned 2
Oblivion
Legend of Grimrock
Witcher II
Bastion
Assassin's Creed [running through villages pushing people over loses its charm after a while]
Mirror's Edge [could have been so so good but got very repetitive]

That's all I can think of off the top of my head at the moment. You?

Basically all the games you've listed there xD

Especially the Witcher 2. I will never understand what people see in that game.

Bastion though?!? I loved that game, in my top 3.

Borderlands 2
Batman AA
Farcry 2

First 2 annoy me that I couldn't finish them, but in Borderlands case I just got stuck on some mission and died a few times and couldn't be bothered slugging through the same area yet again. Batman AA I also got stuck somewhere and then I never got back into it, and the controls were quite complicated I found so can't just pick it up and play

Farcry 2 because of the stupid respawning checkpoints making it impossible to do a mission without fighting the same area again and again. And it just wasn't very good.

Im actually going back and trying to finish my games now, but at the same time buying new ones and putting to one side:p
Fallout series, yep going through them all apart from tactics. Currently on the very first one.....
Dead Space 3 Nearish the end now.
Starcraft 2 trying to finish the campaign then ill get the expansion.
system shock 2 Not far in that atm, not very scary as its made out to be.
Tomb Raider not started yet
Crysis 3 most pc cant play that without crashing and too low framerate.

Psychonauts
Super Meat Boy

Got a bit bored with the central mechanic, as it were, for both. SMB will definitely get another shot at some point, but Psychonauts seemed to derivative for me (although I appreciated the original setting) in terms of gameplay, and no 360 controller support just annoyed me.

I only buy games I really want to play, hence I always complete my games. Even If I start getting bored I will see it through to the end.

However, with Duke Nukem Forever I just could not be bothered to finish it.

That are still installed?

Just Cause 2
Farcry 3

I haven't finished The Witcher 2 yet, but not out of boredom, just because I haven't had any time to devote to it recently.

Dude you should check out the thread I made in here a while back (last week or so). I actually ended up skipping Sleeping Dogs (I wanted something a bit less straight laced) and have been really really enjoying Saints Row 3 on the recommendation of you guys. Sometimes if you force yourself to play a game and stick it out, you will find it really enjoyable. The problem for me was too much choice. Seeing all the games I COULD be playing, and just playing a game I knew was good instead (despite playing it to death) because I couldn't settle into it knowing the other games I had.

Bastion, btw, is an epic game and you should play it. The narration is just the dog's proverbials.

Also, I do this! I have around 15 games all un-played/completed and then I settle for a new world on Minecraft or watch youtube videos!

Haven't finished Super Meat Boy either but not out of boredom, just because it's challenging. But I will one day.

I love The Witcher I, but the fact that the story in WII split two ways completely ruined it for me. It just all seemed so... set up.. and ruined any realism aspect.

Bastion has one trick, things falling from the sky. When that stops being impressive it gets dull. Didn't really like the narration either.

Crysis 2 (most likely got about half way through and haven't gone back..)

But I gone back and replayed crysis 1 a few times..
