Just wondered if anyone knew if a list existed online of PC hardware, (PCI cards etc) that are plug and play with Macs?
I'd like to add a USB card to give a few extra ports to this aging PowerMac G4, its only USB 1.1 aswell I believe.
And also possibly make it WiFi, I have a D-Link card that I tried but that failed miserably.
The built in DVD/CD-RW is sounding rather tired aswell and seems to have difficulty reading a few discs. I have a Sony DVD reader that I tried to fit to it, but the tray is too big to come out of the mirrored drive bays. Obviously something Apple deliberatley done to stop people using cheaper alternatives to their 'Super Drives'
