Hi All,
I've only been playing with linux for a few days, so bare with me!
I have two raspberry pi's, both running raspbian.
One has a shoutcast server installed, mpd is streaming some wav and mp3 files to it and I can pick up the mpd.m3u stream from my windows computer using VLC.
I want the second pi to pick up the stream but I just can not get it to work.
I've tried mpc play http://192.168.1.151:8000/mpd.m3u
I've installed mplayer, and vlc and done the same and they all fail.
Has anyone here picked up a shoutcast/internet radio stream from the command line in linux? Anything else I should try?
I'll try and get the errors I have been experiencing logged and will post them up.
Thanks.
