I want to create a new bulking diet, and so I wonder if anybody here knows of any lists on the internet that provide reliable nutrional information for various vegetables, fruit, and other foods?

Need as a minimum: energy, protein, sugar, starch, fat (inc. breakdown of types).

Thanks in advance. :)

I discovered a little tool for anyone that uses www.google.com/ig for there homepage. It's a Calorie Counter gadget for your homepage. You enter what you've eaten and it works out the calories you should roughly consume and how many you have consumed so far.

Not bad for a free little gadget and the good thing about it is you can update it from home or at work so as soon as you have something to eat whether you are at work or at home you can update it and it'll store the info for the day.

It's worth pointing out that a lot of the various sites with nutrition data all get it from the same source, namely the USDA National Nutrient Database.

There's a link here with versions that are available to download in various formats.

I've been meaning to use this data to create a meal planning/tracking software for a while as the ones I've found out ther seem to be deficient in certain areas.
Just never had time to get round to it yet.
