LiteStep Anybody?

Right, Does anybody know how to create a theme using litestep? I wanna create a shell or theme for Windows that is minimalistic that revolved around my Music and gaming...
Hmmm anybody know of a step by step on how do to this?

Yeah I just wanna find a good walkthrough on how to create one. I have briefly googled this but if anybody has one to hand it would be great
