It REALLY depends on what you wanna read about Profiles, and yea I agree with Pyrosoft, do you mean roaming?

yeh they are roaming profiles i guess, users can log on to systems anywhere in the business and access their mapped drives etc etc.

Im getting my head around stuff but its taking me a little longer than normal!

Ugh, roaming profiles are horrible.

Use drive maps from AD or a network logon script if all you want to do is get the drive mappings correct eaach time a user logs on.
