Little help guys, Mini B USB extention bodge

Found a store in American sell one but dont have a visa etc to be able to order one from abroad.


However, i have found these,

so my question is, "is it possible to use this along with a stantard USB to mini B extention calbe"

so,
What i want
Mini B Male <----> Mini B female

And is it possible to

Mini B male to Standard USB male cable (say from the PS3 controller charger)<----->Standard USB female to Mini B female(the ebay)


The Device used is the PSP and GPS reciever.

USB has a theoretical unlimited length, but the signal has to reach the device in 5ms.

I imagine what you are suggesting would work.

Why dont you just get a normal USB port extension cable, then the standard USB A to Mini B cable
