Little help needed.

Im pretty sure ig ot a Virus on my computer. I got a black screen with the message "Windows Security Center has detected a virus" etc. However windows security center is off and This black page message has replaced my desktop pick and i have a "modified" theme i cant turn off? Anyone had this? Ive run ad-aware and nothing! Anyone suggest a program? Ill grab a screen print in a bit

thats not a microsoft message, thats a fake one.. (ie a virus'es one)

download..

ccleaner slim
nod32 (trial)
windows defender

do a full microsoft update after that too (Tools, Windows/Microsoft Update in Internet Explorer)

Don't some virii infect that as well to majorly bork up a PC? I reckon if doing what Bledd said and getting those tools a reformat might be in order here?

create a new user account and see if that is affected..

does it affect your pc in any other way..?
