I have an ECS P965T-A motherboard with an Intel Core 2 6600 CPU.
While searching my BIOS i cant seem to find any direct reference to over-clocking. The BIOS is Phoenix Award v6.00.
I hope the BIOS picture below can help someone help us out a little. The CPU temp seem suitable for over-clocking. I'm running 64-bit windows 7 pro if its and relevance for possible software.
I am new to over-clocking but i'm no computer noob and i have read the stickys with little success before someone just sends me there.
Thanks

Yep looks like your snookered unless a BIOS update unlocks any more options, though i'd doubt it in this case.

My Gigabyte P35C-DS3R has lots more options, here is an example.

Yes does look like there are no options to set the clockspeed. Maybe try pressing Ctrl + F1 on main BIOS screen to see if it opens up some advanced options?

Looking promising then...
I think i'll be getting the neighbour round at some point. There is nothing he doesn't know about any of this so if he cant do i then were all screwed :p
Thanks guys
