How much are you looking to spend, you have quite a mixture of items there, where you can do better.

Budget will help a lot.
The i5 2500k you currently have it quite capable still.

You're silly buying a new CPU on the same socket  Buy Haswell at least.

But as Reaper says, the 2500k is still overly capable, and will be for years to come.

Sorry about not replying went out and forgot :)
Ive currently got 2500k with one 580, i was going to get a 7990 but decided against it, I already have a h80i i can use but ive got 8gb of XMS3 , id prefer to stay Nvidia because im planning on getting a shield

My motherboard is a z68x Ud4 b3, It can support Sli/Cf but im thinking its on its way out because im getting bootloops frequently now

edit: Ill be buying them in segments aswell so im looking for around £1500-£2000 excluding vat because i can get things through my family business

the 7990 is a very good card (running one in my rig)

are you sure you want to move to haswell? as said your CPU is still up to the job

No reason to upgrade your CPU from a 2500k at all, save the money for more pragmatic purposes.

If you must upgrade something, then upgrade the GPU. Something like a 7970 or a 780GTX would be sufficient, SLI and Crossfire just cause headaches. You've not even told us how many screens you have or at what resolutions.

I have 3 23" 1080p screens but within the next year or so im upgrading them to 120Hz monitors

Im not fussed about moving to haswell really, I defiantly want to upgrade to an i7 because rendering is a big part of my college course
