Little Help!

I'm building a small pc for my girlfriend, as her current one... is absolutely abysmal, for lack of a better way of saying it. Now her old computer is way too old to upgrade so I'm thinking of just going down the roots of getting a Barebones PC and going from there.

Now, my question is: (And don't berate my silliness, this is all new to me, really... well, Barebones PC's and such...)
Does the following case allows you to have a CD/DVD Drive or not? Orrr... do you know of any other (see: better) cases to use for a small rig?

Any help appreciated on the matter!

Looks like one would fit at the top... not sure if it comes with one, or even if this is the case, and feeling rather lazy and ill i cannot be bothered to go search overclockers for that case/bare bones system, sorry. but yeah my opinion is that a drive would fit at the top.
