Hey guys,

For weeks ive been trying to get to the root of my problems... Ive changed PSU, memory and motherboard and i think ive discovered part of the problem...

Ive been getting these random bluescreens and program crashes and i thought it was my PSU.. replaced that no difference... do i thought memory? Tried a different stick - a little difference... but still some crashes.

Finally i swapped out my £130 motherboard for a £40 and no problems :o... but i honestly dont think that was the problem...

Now can anyone look at this and tell me what the actual problem is? Its a screenshot of some recent bluescreens.

Thank you.

What are the make and model of psu being used.

You mention that you changed the motherboard, did this improve on anything as you say you got no problems?

Is the memory voyage correct in the BIOS.

New motherboard = no crashes or bluescreens at all.... but if i send the new one back to the shop i bought it from and they happen to find nothing, which is most likely, then i will be charged for it. I think this because it doesnt happen every time the machine is powered on.

Also im using a corsair builders series PSU.

You might have to do what I did or should have done with my I7 setup, return the CPU, Motherboard and memory back and not just the cpu and motherboard which tested ok, turned out to be the 2nd set of memory which was faulty.

But, if your running fine with the new board then it could possibly be a faulty motherboard, have you tried again with the original board external to the case and double checking all the voltages ect.

Yes, run the original board on top of the cardboard box or non conductive surface.

What cooler you using, as someone had a problem with the cooler being to tight and flexing the board.

Artic cooling freezer pro rev 2 or something lol. it isnt a tight cooler - i have it done all the way on both boards.
