Little help

Aside from buying outrageously expensive tablets (which is where you went wrong), it is just creatine. .. ergo 5g/day forever is fine.

Whenecer you want to take them. ;)

As long as you consume with carbs you won't go wrong.
 
10+ tablets a day! Damn, just for some creatine.

I throw mine in a shake, either breakfast or PWO. Just because it's easier.

Next time I'd just buy it in powder form.
