Little problem i have.

Hi .

After reformatting my pc yesturday updating it and installing my games im getting a weird buzzing /stuttering sound as the pc locks up for about 2-3 seconds any idea what could be causing this?
its not happening constantly just every now and then the pc locks up and the sound stutters really fast . then it sorts its self out.

i have the latest drivers.

its asif the pc is going to bsod without actually doing it.

i remember my old pc doing something simular but bsod always followed the pause.. its a weird one,.
