little Rad advice

Hi all just need a little bit of help could anyone tell me if a 1 x 160mm rad and 1 x 140mm rad will be enough to cool a i5 3570k @ 4.ghz and a 7950 windforce 3 ?

I am restricted to a max rad of 160mm due to width of the case.

which rads in particular?

Hardware Labs Black Ice® GT Xtreme 160mm which is 84mm thick and a Hardware Labs Black Ice® GT Xtreme 140mm Single Radiator : GTX140 which is 53mm thickness or the Hardware Labs Black Ice® GT Stealth 140mm Single Radiator : GTS140 which is 29mm thick would prefer the thinner rad but would run thicker if need be...

Edit: will have to be smaller 80mm rad as I cannot get the 92mm from uk...

Hi, mount a good rad out side the case if that does not bother you and use quick release connectors in case you need to work or move your pc. XSPC make a stand just for this, installing the loop would be far easier/quicker all round.

this is a SFF case a fractal node 304 so having a 240 outside wont work unfortunately.
