Little tweaking help please

Hi there folks, have had my setup for a while now and its happily trundling away at 2.5GHz as in my sig. My memory FSB is now 358. It runs fine, just that the timings are running at 5-6-6-17, I would like to know if there is a way I can tighten the timings? Are these timings fine? Are they slow/fast? The memory is rated at running at 5-5-5-15? Thanks in advance

PS:I know it probably won't make any difference in everyday applications but I wanna try anyway

GO into the BIOS then hit F1 at the main screen then when you go into the voltage section of the BIOS the timings willl be there.

Got my freezer 7 pro arriving monday so hopefully should be able to tweak this baby a bit more....54°C seems a bit high for temps

only thought that because many peoples seem to be idling at around 30°C and mine is at 54! Never mind hopefully this Akasa Amber and Freezer 7 will sort me out
