Hey guys,

I'm currently moving down to Littlehampton/around that area due to work and I'm trying to find somewhere to rent asap (one bedroom, not studio).

There's not a huuuge amount of choice in Littlehampton itself (found a couple worth viewing) but does anyone have much experience of areas near which are commutable and would be worth checking out?

Arundel would be my choice, Littlehampton is a bit of a hole and dont live in a place called Wick

Yeah, I've heard Wick is a bit dodgy, the ones I've seen are on the east side of town, seems a bit nicer!

If you want to live with a bunch of snobby exclusive people then go to Arundel. (Nice place though) Chichester is also quite nice.
Littlehampton is lovely in the summer but as it's a small town there are a lot of small town attitudes (Same wherever you go)

Area is ok but not much going on. Not too bad if you have a car to get to other places and there is a train station in the middle of it.

Yea, Arundel is lovely buy I imagine it'd be pretty expensive.

Anywhere between Littlehampton & Worthing is pretty easy to commute by road (A259) or rail (loads of local stations). Quite nice too (of course there are nasty bits, just avoid them).

Hi Dunks, I have worked for 10 years in Littlehampton and lived here for about 5 years before moving to give my kids a better school.

If you send me a trust messege I will speak with you by private email, my jobs means I know more of less every nice/dodgy road in the area and the make up of council/private house estates.

The location depends on your price bracket, I spent 5 years in Wick with no issues at all, but mention Wick and everyone jumps on you.

Will you have a car, or have to use bus/trains?

Anyway trust me and I will do my best to help you.

I have been doing a few weeks covering someones route round that area. Nice enough. Not much going on, but that can be said of a lot of places.
