Live boot cd

Can anyone recommend a live boot cd for recovery. Preferably one with the following:

network drivers
browser
cd/image burning software
file explorer

ERD Commander 2005 is the best one but its a 1000 pounds

is the dogs round hanging bits. totally customizable and you can add things that make it a complete OS if need be and its 32bit and will read and write ntfs with and without file permissions!
