Hi Chaps,
Couple of questions for the community centre setup that I've posted about here in the past.
I've just ordered 3x 55" TVs to dot around various parts of the main hall, which will be used for displaying advertising, news, announcements, fundraising targets, etc.
Q1: What is the best way to make it so that I can display the same thing on these 3 TVs at once, e.g. a rolling slideshow, or a video on loop. Needs to be cheap and easy, without spending thousands on random new equipment.
Secondly, there's a second building which will be used as an overflow location if the main hall is totally full during big events. I'm going to wall mount a big 98-100" TV here. Speakers are already installed and working and carry the audio over from the main hall.
Q2: What is the best way to have a live camera feed set up in the main hall, that can transmit the video feed of the speaker/stage/event in the main hall directly to the big TV in the overflow building so they can see what's happening rather than just hear it. What kind of camera do I need, what cables, what other bits and pieces? Again trying not to break the bank here as it's a charity. It would be nice if the camera could also record the feed for later usage e.g. social media. I also want to make sure there's no sync issues if the camera is carrying over the video feed, but the microphone and existing speaker system is carrying over the audio.
Thanks in advance!
