Live Chat System - PHP/MySQL

Anyone have any experience of or a recommendation for the any of the multitude of chat systems?

We need something customisable, as we want to theme it to our site.

Not that I have seen. The windows app is really good too, lets you chat to your site visitors just like you would as if you were using MSN.

We used to use Comm100. It was great, the "used to" is simply because our type of customer didn't really find it useful.
