Live messenger "connection issue"

Hello,

I get this message in Messenger:

"You can still chat, but some features might not be available because of a connection problem."

But I can't see what's wrong and it and skype work OK

Windows XP, AVGFree, Zonealarm free. but no apparent change except in messenger winge!

Any ideas anybody please?

Mine used to do it all the time. Nothing is wrong I don't think. Just some incredibly **** software.
