I'm a staff member on GameReplay.org and recently we did a live stream of a Heroes Of Newerth tournament finals game, which had amazing viewing figures (650+). However, we could only do this because we trusted the teams implicitly not to use the stream to cheat. It would be impossible to do it without running the risk of a team cheating, unless there was a delay on the stream of 5+ minutes.
However, we can't find any way of doing a stream with a delay, the program we used didn't have an option for a delay. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas?
