Live Subscription.. buying on the cheap from the US?

Thinking of doing this for 2 reasons, one i could buy tonight from that well known auction site and 2 well it'd be cheaper and i could ask them to email the code rather than post it

Any issues with doing this? the cards aren't location specific are they, anyone tried?
 
I paid something like $30 from an ebay seller and he emailed me the code within a few hours.

Worked perfectly.

Same for me code worked fine, if you do register it register it through the console as I hear it doesn't work through the website.
 
Thanks guys, take it you both have pas consoles and location set as uk, also did you setup new tags or extend your current ones?
